Essential Adult

Each additional adult in your household enrolls at the same rate.
Add a child
Child Add-On (under 18)+$30/month
For each child of an enrolled adult. All Essential Adult benefits, plus well-child and preventive care.

Good to know
- Your monthly procedure: choose a trigger point injection (available now), joint/bursa injection, skin tag or shave removal, or ear wax removal (these open soon; join the waitlist on the Procedures page).
- Extra in-person visit: $120 for members.
- Term: one year, auto-renews. Cancel with 30 days' written notice; unused fees are refunded per diem.
- Under 18: a parent or legal guardian enrolls and signs.
- Payment plans are available. Ask us when you book.
Not included
Hospital and ER care, specialist fees, prescriptions, and procedures beyond your one monthly procedure. Memberships are not health insurance and do not satisfy any insurance mandate, so keep separate coverage for emergencies and specialists.

In-home and office visits across the Albuquerque metro and nearby communities. Telehealth is available statewide in New Mexico. Travel surcharges may apply outside the core service radius. See the service area map →
All prices exclude New Mexico gross receipts tax, which is added at the time of service. Self-pay patients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.
